Conversion and extension of the existing store/garage to provide ancillary domestic accommodation with integrated photovoltaics in the roof, demolition of the existing timber stable and construction of new stables.

The proposal is for demolition of a car port and conservatory, erection of a single storey extension with roof lantern, conversion of existing garage in to new bedroom and demolition of an existing workshops and stable block and erection of triple garage.
