Conditions 5, 6, 7 and 8 refer to boundary treatments, landscaping, tree protection and contamination and the variation is to seek approval of boundary treatments, landscaping, tree protection and contamination investigation details. Condition 2 refers approved details and the variation is to provide a new window, roof lights and sunpipe installation to the conversion.
