Plot 1 amended to incorporate a first floor in the large roof space, removing the mezzanine floor. Adding 3 x roof lights. Plot 3 kitchen to be amended. Plot 4 additional window added to east wing. Stables - all existing modern sash windows to be replaced with timber single glazed weighted sashes.

Demolition of existing timber outbuildings to facilitate construction of new equipment/tractor sheds due North of existing. 11. Alterations to driveway where it reaches house to create improved arrival sequence and guest parking.
