Non material amendment to application reference 20/03382/FUL for 'Alterations, including alterations to frontage, change of use from Use Class A4 (Drinking Establishment) to Class E(a) (Shop), erection of a single storey side extension, demolition of the existing conservatory and partial demolition of the single storey wing to the rear of the building (north east), provision of associated rear car parking with vehicle access from Woodside Green, formation of new vehicle acesss / vehicle crossover to Woodside Green, provision of associated refuse storage and cycle storage, and provision of associated works' to install a CO2 gas cooler and 3 x floor mounted AC Units within existing plant yard on first floor flat roof; new single door MOE at ground floor; re-alignment of 1 x disabled parking and 3 x car parking spaces and installation of 1.1m high bollards at ground level.

1 - Change appearance of front elevation by removing enormous old shop bay window and building smaller bay window with small pitch roof over, also installing an insulated render to front elevation. The original wooden lintel across front of building is failing and causing structural issues, Hoping to build brick section to LHS of door providing support for new steel lintels. 2 - Alter existing rear single storey extension consisting of conservatory and multiple small rooms constructed of single skin brick walls, replacing with one large room with lower pitch roof and large rear French doors and skylights constructed to modern regulations.
