Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2021/00297/FUL dated 1st April 2021 for the "Erection of a single storey extension to the side of the main building with 2 rooflights; installation of a new window to replace the existing garage doors to the front elevation; conversion of the existing garage into habitable accommodation." Amendments sought are for the reduction in size of the approved extension; the removal of one rooflight from the approved extension and amended description of development to read as "Erection of a single storey extension to the side of the main building with 1 rooflight; installation of a new window to replace the existing garage doors to the front elevation; conversion of the existing garage into habitable accommodation".

Application to vary conditions 2 and 7 of planning consent 200729 for the Full application for the proposed erection of a detached 4 no. bedroom dwelling, plus erection of a two storey front extension and front canopy roof, first floor side extension and formation of new integral garage, single storey rear extension with 1 no. rooflight and changes to fenestration on the existing dwelling, following demolition of the existing attached garage/utility area.
