Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/2339/FUL dated 28/09/20 for 'Erection of a three-storey building plus accommodation in the roofspace, to accommodate 11 no residential units with associated car parking, new access, cycle storage, refuse storage, and landscaping, following demolition of 13 existing garages.' Amendment to include changing the wording of condition 24 to read 'Notwithstanding the details shown in the drawings submitted and otherwise hereby approved, prior to the first occupation of the new dwellinghouse(s) (Use Class C3) permitted under this consent one unit at ground floor shall have been constructed to meet and achieve all the relevant criteria of Part M4(3) of Schedule 1 to the Building Regulations 2010 (or the equivalent standard in such measure of accessibility and adaptability for house design which may replace that scheme in future). All other units at ground floor level only shall all have been constructed to meet and achieve all the relevant criteria of Part M4(2) of Schedule 1 to the Building Regulations 2010, and all other units shall be constructed in accordance with M4(1) of the Building Regulations.
