Non-material amendment to planning permission CA//19/01249/VAR for the variation of condition 04 (highway works) of planning permission CA//15/00560/FUL for the erection of four residential dwellings arranged around a central courtyard including the provision of vehicular parking, landscaping and garden sheds; to allow alterations to highways works; to allow front door position moved from the house wall to the projection wall, the wc window on the house front wall moved to the side, the windows to the ground floor projection replaced with the front door and hall window; the first floor window from two separate ones to one shallower longer one, with the boarding changed from vertical to horizontal, side windows added to each side of the projection, first floor extended out by 450mm, front projection roof changed from gable to hip, rear elevation projection ridge raised slightly and rear projection dormer to have a flat roof in lieu of a pitched roof.

Variation of condition F/TH/20/0591 for change of use from college (use class C2) to residential (use class C3) together with ground, first and second floor extensions with creation of terraces, alterations to roof including raising of height and insertion of dormer windows and alterations to fenestration to provide 15No 2 bed and 3No 3 bed residential flats with associated bin and cycle stores, parking and landscaping, to allow alterations to fenestration including to dormer windows, changes to the dwelling mix with layout changes to flats 13 and 14.
