Remodelling of existing dwelling including demolition of existing single storey rear conservatory; removal of existing of front dormer window; replacement and enlargement of existing rear dormer window; insertion of 6no rooflights to front roofslope; conversion of exiting single garage to habitable room; and alterations to the existing pattern of fenestration and insertion of new fenestration to both front and rear elevations.

Remodelling of the existing dwelling to include: single storey rear extension following removal of the existing conservatory, first floor front extensions, and alterations to the roof shape and height to allow for additional first floor accommodation and conversion of the loft space into habitable living accommodation, with rear dormers.
