Existing T1 is to be removed along with the central asphalt path. The parking area will be surfaced in new golden gravel with a perimeter edge to meet the public pavement in a single row of red brick pavers to minimise gravel spillage. The remainder of the garden (leftover where asphalt path is removed) is to be infilled with new top soil to form a continuous planter bed, and replanted with existing leftover spring flowers.
