Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2021/04138/FUL granted 31st May 2022. Minor material amendment (S.73) to vary condition no.2 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission reference 204483FUL dated 08.01.2021 for "Conversion of existing building into 9 self-contained flats and provision of associated cycle parking space; change of use of the ground floor form Restaurant (Use Class E(b)) to Shop (Use Class E(a)); alterations to the ground floor elevations; three storey rear/side extension (to first, second and third floors) (following demolition of existing side/rear addition)." Variation seeks to alter the entrance to the apartments from High Street to the neighbouring alleyway with associated fenestration changes to the ground floor High Street and alleyway elevations, installation of lighting to the existing alleyway and installation of a passenger lift within the new lobby
