Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2021/04138/FUL granted 31st May 2022. Amendments to remove specific reference to the number of bedrooms of the approved residential units; alterations to the design of 1no rooflight above the roof of ground floor back addition; replacement of 1no window to the rear elevation and sliding doors to the rear side back addition of basement floor with new bi-folding doors.
