Front and rear of site to be re-landscaped, including resident car parking and communal rear garden' to provide an external single storey flank cycle store, replacement of fixed obscured glass windows with openable obscured and non-obscured glass windows, alterations to ground floor flank fenestrations and the omission of acoustic louvres.
