Submission of details to discharge condition No. 14 (Noise and Vibration Management Plans); imposed on planning permission reference S73/2022/0165 granted on 06/05/2022 for Variation of Condition 2 (drawing Numbers) on planning permission FUL/2020/2794 for Construction of an industrial unit (General Industrial (Class B2) and/or Storage and Distribution (Class B8) use) with ancillary offices, access, servicing, parking, drainage and landscaping. Minor material amendment including alteration to some window and door design, removal of louvred shutters, material change of soffit from metal to timber, roof material change to sarnafil, slight dome to roof and removal of sides of garage and slight change to its footprint.
