Variation of Condition 1 of previously approved application DC/19/1360 (Conversion of redundant agricultural barn to dwelling and erection of single storey extension with landscaping, parking and creation of new access onto Hammerpond Road) to allow for alterations to the previously approved plans.

Variation of condition 12 (requiring the demolition of the agricultural building on the east side of the site prior to the first occupation of any of the approved dwellings) of planning permission ref: PF/20/1782 (Demolition of existing agricultural building; conversion and external alterations of traditional agricultural buildings to form 4 dwellings; erection of detached building comprising 4 car ports and bin stores) to instead require the demolition of the agricultural building on the east side of the site within 9 months of the first occupation of any dwelling or by 30 September 2023 (whichever is the later)

Variation of condition no.2 of planning permission 19/01991/FUL to allow for repositioning, fenestration changes and provision of external chimney stack to the permitted replacement dwelling and provision of wall on realigned boundary in lieu of fence and hedgerow. {\i For information planning permission 19/01991/FUL permitted the demolition of existing outbuildings and modern farm building, the erection of a single storey extension to the farmhouse, the conversion of a barn to one dwelling including partial demolition and erection of replacement ground floor extension, the erection of one replacement dwelling, and alterations to the access.}

Variation of condition 7 (approved plans) of listed building consent CH/2017/1035/HB (Change of use and alterations to 3 agricultural barns to dwellings, single and two storey front extensions to existing dwelling (Tummel) demolition of former cow shed, shed and dairy barn, erection of 2 carports (one to serve Roughwood End), access alterations, landscaping and associated works) to allow for internal and external changes to approved residential conversion scheme for South-West Barn.

Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow for reconfiguration of internal layout and alterations to windows of Planning Permission 17/03095/FUL - Conversion of barns to form 2 dwellings, erection of 1 dwelling and associated garaging, formation of hardstanding, associated boundary treatments, landscaping, installation of package treatment plant and demolition of agricultural buildings (as amended) .
