Amendment sought: To vary the Section 106 Agreement referred to above, so that the definition of "Residential Units" is: "means the two residential units comprising the residential unit located on the first floor and the residential unit located on the second and third floor of the building on the Site and "Residential Unit" shall mean one of the Residential Units" instead of: "means the two residential units comprising the residential unit located on the ground floor and the residential unit located on the first floor provided by the Development and "Residential Unit" shall mean one of the Residential Units"
