Application for variation of conditions 5 and 10 attached to planning permission reference no. 20130817 which was for the erection of a detached building to provide double garage and stores ancillary to residential dwelling; to allow the detached outbuilding to be used as accommodation incidental and ancillary to the host dwelling including a home gym and TV room (and including for a guest bedroom and shower-room and home office/games area within the existing open loft area) and for external alterations to the building including insertion of doors, roof lights and lean-to bin store
