Variation of condition 2 (drawings) of planning permission CA//19/01520/FUL for the proposed two-storey building with accommodation within the roof space containing five flats following the demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings; to allow external alterations including extensions to rear, revised glazing arrangements and roof designs, to relocate staircore/lift shaft to rear of building and to re-designs the internal flat layouts.

Application to vary conditions 2 and 3 of planning consent 203618 for the proposed raising of the roof to form first floor accommodation, single storey side extension, two storey rear extension with a Juliet balcony, insertion of 10no rooflights and internal alterations to dwelling.
