Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission granted under ref. 22/00722/FULL1 (for Front elevational alterations to provide new door from the street to the 2 existing flats at upper level, two storey rear extension to form additional 1 bedroom dwelling and enlarged retail space at ground floor) to allow for a reduction to approved retail space and increase to residential accommodation at ground floor.
