(3) Roof lights that do not protrude more than 150mm from the face of the roof to be added to front and rear roof slopes. (4) Additional volume created is less than 50m3. (5) Materials proposed are similar in appearance to the existing house. (6) No enlargement extends beyond the outside face of any existing external wall.
