Section 73 - Application for minor material amendment to approved plans condition 2 (to allow amendments to window and door positions and sizes, and increase in height of western single storey element to match eaves height of remainder of the house) pursuant to 18/500245/FULL for - Demolition of part of existing dwelling, two storey extension, alterations to roof to include first floor accommodation, dormer windows and insertion of Velux rooflights.

Non-Material Amendment of DC/19/3618/FUL - Extension to north and south of existing detached single family dwelling - East elevation - Reduce the size of the full length bathroom window on the North extension. Reduce the width of the doors on the South extension to 2380mm. Install 550mm x 780mm conservation roof lights to the North and South original building bathrooms to allow natural light into these bathrooms. These roof lights will be high level above two meters from the bathroom floors. Change the dormer metal on the North and South extensions to lead from zinc. South elevations - Reduce the size of the full length kitchen window on the South extension. Reduce the width of the doors on the South extension to 2780mm. Rebuild the dormer on the existing house due to its poor condition. When rebuilding centralise to the wall and construct so as to match the dormers on the North and South extensions. Finished in lead. Where the dormer is removed from the West side of the existing building (bedroom) install a 780 x 1180 conservation roof light so the amount of natural light is not decresed in the bedroom. West elevation - Install 550mm x 780mm conservation roof light to the North extension over the staircase of the original building allowing in natural light. The window that allowed natural light onto the staircase is removed to allow for the North extension. This roof light will be above two meters from the landing. Change the metal of the dormer on the North extension to lead from Zinc.

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 18/AP/3869 dated 11th April 2019 for 'Variation of Condition 2 'Approved Plans' pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/4450 for: (Conversion of existing 4 bed house into 2 x 2 bed houses; Demolition of existing single storey rear projections and construction of two storey rear extension incorporating an enclosed balcony area for both houses; Construction of rear dormer for both houses with one roof light to each front roof slope; Partial removal of front boundary wall; Provision of hard landscaping to front; Provision of two cycle spaces for each house.) to allow for (i) a full width two storey rear extension to both houses incorporating full width enclosed balconies above (ii) two additional roof lights to the flat roof of the proposed rear dormers (iii) retention of the first floor front middle window'. The amendment consists of the following: -Increase the gross internal area of the basement per dwelling by 24.5m2 -The previously approved dormer flat roofs to be replaced with sloping pitched roofs of 8-10 degrees.
