Demolition of the single storey back addition and rear outbuildings attached to the rear of the main building; erection of side and rear extensions at lower ground, upper ground and first floor level, erection of a rear roof extension to replace the existing dormer window, excavation beneath the main building in connection with the creation of a new basement and the formation of a roof terrace at upper ground floor level to the main building; change of use of the main building from office (Class E) into 2 x two bedroom self-contained flats; erection of a part one storey plus-basement single family dwellinghouse in the rear garden; erection of a new boundary wall with three new entrances to the side elevation; associated landscaping and external alterations.

Alterations to doors and fenestration, new replacement roof with heightened rear eaves, new rear dormer, application of render and associated landscaping and parking. Variation of Condition 2 (plan numbers) pursuant to planning permission 20/1000/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling, subdivision of the site to provide two semi-detached bungalows with accommodation in the roof space served by front and rear dormers, provision of new vehicular access, associated car parking and amenity space) to include alterations to the approved rear dormer windows; alteration to approved front elevation and external finishes, front landscaping and internal alterations to Unit 1. Removal of conditions 3 (external materials), 6 (boundary treatment) and 7 (waste and recycling storage).
