Application to certify that the proposed demolition of the existing single storey outrigger, the erection of a single storey extension, the insertion of windows and alterations to the existing fenestration, alterations to the roof to form hip to gable, the formation of a dormer, the insertion of 3no. roof lights to the front roof slope, the erection of a front porch, the erection of an outbuilding, the formation of 2no. hard surfaces, the removal of a chimney, and the erection of a gate is lawful development.

Application to certify that the proposed demolition of existing single storey outrigger and garage, erection of single storey rear and side extension, erection of single storey side extension, alterations to roof to form hip to gable, formation of 1no. rear dormer in association with loft conversion and alterations to fenestration and soil and vent pipes is lawful development.

Construction of single storey rear extension, demolition of existing front porch and alterations to fenestration. Enlargement of existing loft space with hip to gable roof alterations to create additional habitable space to include rear dormer extension and insertion of 4 x front roof lights. Certificate of Lawful Development (Proposed).
