Removal of Condition No.11 of DC/17/4022/FUL - Demolition of existing bungalow. Construction of new 3-bedroom detached dwelling with new detached cartlodge garage, and new vehicular access. Wish for the condition for storage over garage only to be removed - would like to be able to utilise this space for additional accommodation and working from home facilities. (in light of covid 19).

Discharge of Conditions 2 (Materials) and 13 (Construction Logistics Plan) of Planning Permission 19/02313/FUL approved for the demolition of existing dwelling and erection of two storey building with accommodation within the roof space as well an erection of a single storey bungalow located at the rear of the site to provide a total of nine units as well as revised vehicular access, associated parking, landscaping, internal refuse and cycle storage.
