Erection of side and rear extensions and construction of a detached outbuilding. Works to include demolition of garage and outbuildings, refurbishment of existing windows, doors and tiles on dwelling roof along with alterations to front driveway and access.

Erection of single storey rear extension and creation of first floor office above existing garage with addition of two dormer windows to front elevation (Non-material amendment to allow revisions to existing stair window to extend vertically and to increase the parapet on approved extension by 500mm to facilitate roof construction).

Removal of existing garage and timber linking structure. Erection of a single storey linked extension with additional living area in roof space. Alterations to include construction of replacement porch and changes to fenestration.
