Non material amendment to approved application DM2021/02331 which allowed the 'Demolition of existing buildings and structures, erection of a 4 storey, two 6 storey and a part 6 part 8 storey buildings comprising 92 residential units, new pedestrian and vehicular access, amenity space, car and cycle parking, refuse storage, landscaping and public realm improvements' to allow 1) removal of arches, GRC cladding and replacement with architectural Blockwork to all blocks, 2) the addition of airbricks through the façade in either the brickwork or GRC to allow for the MVHR ventilation to all blocks, 3) fenestration alterations and addition of a glass balustrade to the roof terrace of block A, 4) increase in height of smoke shaft overrun to blocks B, C and D, 5) change of ivory colour to oyster white colour for metalwork & window/door frames of Blocks B and C, and 6) addition of louvered panels to transom of fixed window in entrance lobby of Block D.

Change of use from Class E (cafe and restaurant) and Sui Generis (audio studio and independent cinema) to Class C3 (residential) including the demolition of the existing single storey rear extension, erection of a part one, part two storey rear/side extension, conversion of loft space involving alterations to existing roofline, dormer extensions front and rear, a window to flank roofslope and rooflights to rear roofslope to provide 5 self-contained residential units with provision of rear roof terraces to first and second floors, front and flank fenestration alterations and provision of attached refuse and cycle stores to the rear of the property.
