Details of Condition 6b (Certified Post Construction Review) of planning permission 21/AP/1535 'Minor material amendment to planning permission 19/AP/5860 (Variation to Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 18/AP/3350 'Redevelopment of the site to include the demolition of the existing building and erection of a part four, part five storey new care home to provide 92 bed spaces with associated landscaping and access works'.) for internal alterations to provide additional communal space resulting in the reduction in the number of bed spaces from 102 to 98, reduction in the number of car parking spaces from 12 to 11 and the addition of a roof plant.'
