Minor material amendment to planning permission 17/AP/4233 [Approval date: 26.11.2019] 'Redevelopment of the site by the erection of a part 7 storey/ part 4 storey building with basement and roof plant fronting onto Keyworth Street and Borough Road, a 5 storey building with roof plant fronting onto London Road linked by a central covered concourse; Part demolition with alterations and extensions to the grade II listed former Presbyterian Chapel; All to provide new academic teaching, library, student support and performance facilities (Use Class D1) and ancillary cafe/retail space.
