Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 19/AP/5528 dated 22nd January 2020 for 'Construction of two storey side extension, demolition of existing rear wing and construction of single storey rear extension, straightening of rear wall of main house to provide new canopy to garden elevation, elevational alterations to front elevation'. The amendment consisits of the following: - Window positions have been slightly modified. - Single storey kitchen extension is marginally longer. - The planted canopy to garden elevation has been omitted. - A pre-patinated copper faced Brise Soleil has been added to the kitchen / dining room extension. - Siting a Daikin Altherma 3 H HT air source heat pump at the front of the property within the bin store.
