Application for approval of details reserved by condition 9(Archaeological evaluation work programme), 10(Archaeological investigation (further works)), 11(Archaeological work programme), 13(Energy & Water) and 15(Use of uncontaminated soils and fill) of permission 16/01741/FUL for conversion of existing frontage building into a 3 bed house and erection of 1 x 3 bed detached house, 2 x 3 bed semi-detached houses and a block of 5 x 2 bed flats (8 dwellings in total) with associated parking and cycle/refuse storage following demolition of buildings to the rear.

Demolition of flat-roofed rear element and detached garage; construction of two storey rear/side extension, balcony extensions to south elevation and roof alterations to incorporate dormer windows to southern roof slopes, to facilitate conversion of building to six apartments (all Class C3: 1 x 3 bed, 2 x 2 bed and 3 x 1 bed).
