Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 23.01.2023 reference PL/2022/02324/MINFDW for: Two storey detached dwelling, double garage and ancillary site works. Namely: Increase in ridge height to front and rear gable, amendments to front porch, addition of front bay window, amendments to chimney design, amendments to fenestration, addition of two roof lights on single storey rear flat roof, increase in ridge height of detached garage, change in footprint of detached garage, removal of front garage door on detached garage, removal of door and window on detached garage.

Convert existing garage into habitable room. Reduce the width of the garage to create a passageway down the side of the dwelling. Erect first floor extension over the converted garage. Erect a new front porch in line with the existing front bay window and bring the front of the garage out to be in line with the new front porch. Create a hip roof over the first floor bay window.
