Proposed erection of a first floor front extension above existing garage and new front dormer to replace existing roof lights. Installation of first floor rear window in the rear facade and associated internal alterations.

Minor material amendment to approval 20/P/0901/FUH (Proposed erection of a two storey side extension and rear single storey extension to dwelling. Alterations to approved garage/home office to use a garage/home office/guest annexe and erection of 2no dormer windows to front elevation of building) to vary condition 2 (approved plans) to allow minor changes including: External wall to house single storey infill extension to line through with new 2 storey extension & existing utility extension; Existing pitched roof to utility/wc extension to be removed and new flat roof behind parapet introduced to match the adjacent infill extension; Window style changed to new front garage dormer; Cat-slide style mono-pitched dormer added to rear of garage to accommodate staircase

Alterations to existing roof and increase in roof height to conceal roof-top air vents and roof lights, two storey glazed gables to front (road) elevation, and side (north-east) elevation, and creation of a covered deck area and balcony) to alter the roof slope to the left hand side of proposed north east gable with new window in place of dormer, 1no. new window at first floor to right hand side of north east gable, increase width of first floor window to left hand side of north west gable, 1no. new window to right hand side of north west gable and to change mid-rail detail of glazed gables.
