Variation sought : amend condition 4 to read to read as follows: Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the development hereby permitted shall be used only for purposes within Use Class B1 offices.
