Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings), Condition 4 (windows and doors) and Condition 10 (railings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2018/00965/FUL dated 26th June 2018 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension involving an increase in the ridge height by 300mm; installation of timber doors with Juliet balconies to replace existing windows at first and second floor levels to the rear elevation; conversion of the first, second and third floor level into 1 x 1 bedroom and 1 x 2 bedroom self-contained flats." Amendments sought include the installation of a roof hatch / sky hatch on the roof top of the approved dormer extension for maintenance purpose only (following the removal of the roof access addition); replacement of the windows on the rear elevation of the approved dormer extension with an inset balcony including glass balustrade and sliding doors with black frames; replacement of doors approved to be of timber in the rear elevation (at first and second floors) with doors with black frames; and replacement of metal railings around the approved balconies with glass balustrade.
