Ellis Joinery. Please refer to the Parker-Day Designs drawing for Fanlight details. The Fanlight metalwork can be painted white to match 18 Rectory Street, Halesworth. Extent for pointing and perished brick replacement is being completed on an as needed basis. The pointing is pretty degraded throughout the front elevation. The materials used for the pointing include mortar with red dye for the base and lime for the white. A patch test was completed and sent to planning for comment by our client. The conservations officer's comments regarding joint size within Matthew Gee's email dated 28/07/2020 have been noted by the builder. Please refer to approved drawing 20005-11_REV C which shows the area of localised repointing. There will now not be any insulation or underlining of the cellar ceiling. The re-roofing of the rear range will not be completed right away. Our client will send additional details at a later date. There will be no alterations to the built in kitchen cupboard. With regards to the new floor construction to the back room and former kitchen areas. Please refer to our drawing 20005-10_REV C which was issued to Planning on 7th May 2020.
