Incorporating variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission DA/15/01324/FUL for changes to external appearance and internal layout. Including increasing the depth of the main house slightly; enlarging the central front two storey gable element of the building; re-siting of the main entrance and porch; roof alterations to the other front gables; erection of a single storey rear canopy; fenestration alterations; and internal alterations (including replacing the approved pool with a W.C, kitchen / living area and associated storage; and reducing the number of bedrooms from 5 to 4)
