Subdivision of plot and conversion of existing single dwellinghouse into 5x flats, along with associated parking, amenity space, landscaping, refuse/recycling and bicycle storage) to allow for the removal of the requirement for the development to be built in accordance with the criteria set out in Building Regulations M4(2) 'accessible and adaptable dwellings'.
