Variation of conditions 2 (Tree protection plan); 3 (Remediation statement); 8 (Approved plans) attached to planning permission 4/01760/19/FUL (Demolition of building a & part of building b and the construction of a pair of semi-detached Dwellings.)

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission: 20/01319/FUL (Demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of five detached two storey (plus basement) houses, together with landscaping works, alteration and removal of trees, alterations to access arrangements and other associated works.), granted on 21.09.2021. Variations sought: - Increase in the footprint of the proposed dwellings by 13 sqm per dwelling; - Introduction of an internal spiral staircase to link the kitchen area at basement level and the living area at ground level in each of the dwellings; - Increase in the width of each of the proposed dwellings by 0.5 metres; - Increase in the proportion of glazing on the front elevation of each of the dwellings by 1%; - Other associated internal and external changes.

Variation of conditions 2 (plan numbers), 3 (badger survey), 4 (ecological design statement), 6 (surface water drainage), 7 (drainage maintenance), 9 (materials), 11 (tree protection), 13 (landscaping), 15 (surfacing materials) and 17 (construction management plan) attached to 18/07807/FUL (Demolition of the existing dwelling, erection of a two 2-storey block comprising 4 x 2-bed flats and a two storey block comprising 2 x 2-bed and 4 x 1-bed flats (total of 10 flats) with cycle and bin storage, 16 parking spaces and associated landscaping) to allow for minor design revisions

Variation of Condition No 4 of DC/20/2321/FUL as varied by DC/21/0714/VOC - Demolition of existing dwelling. Construction of 1 No. dwelling and detached cartlodge with games room over. Outdoor Swimming pool and associated domestic landscaping - The project has commenced on site as the existing house has been demolished. The new house has been bought off plan from the developers with a view to carrying on building the new house as approved. It would be beneficial to push the condition for hedge /tree scheme to mid July to allow the new owners to have an input into the landscape design.

Variation of Condition 6: trees and Condition 7: single storey extension of previous permission 18/00203/F to change the AIA to revised and change the wording of condition 7 to "No occupation of the new dwelling shall take place until the 'demolition only' of utility area has been completed and not the construction of proposed toilet area" with submission of details in respect of conditions 3 (surface water drainage), 4 (street tree relocation) and 5 (landscape).
