Variation of Condition No.2 of DC/20/1703/FUL - Following our recent purchase of 2 acres of land adjacent to our house, we would like to apply to change the use of the land from agricultural to equestrian. A site plan has been attached. We have submitted an application to Suffolk PROW to install a bridleway gate on Bridleway 48 to enclose the grazing horses. We would also like to apply for permission to construct 2 outbuildings in our garden comprising garaging and tractor store (outbuilding 1) and tack & hay store and horse trailer storage (outbuilding 2).
