Variation of Condition Nos 2 and 4 of DC/18/2406/FUL - The demolition of the existing buildings and re-development of the site to create a mixed use development consisting of flexible office space, retail units and residential accommodation - 2: Amendments required to the approved scheme to reflect market changes and to make the scheme viable as an Employment Hub following market testing. 4: Amendment requested to wording of car parking condition to allow for the area of the proposed car parking to have temporary surfacing to allow use as contractors parking for the duration of the contract with the final car park with its final kerbs, finishes, etc to be constructed as part of the construction project and to be ready by completion of the project / before occupation of the building.
