Variation of condition 3 of permission 18/01535/FULL1 granted for demolition of existing part one/two storey rear extension and part of existing single storey attached garage and erection of new part one/two storey side/rear extension with associated internal works and single storey detached outbuilding at the rear of the site, to allow minor material amendments including: Amended glazing to rear elevation, repositioning of door in front elevation of extension, additional rooflight to side extension and internal alterations/demolitions to layout/walls.
