Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 17/1372/FUL (residential development containing 15 flats comprising 8 x 2-bed units and 7 x 1-bed units, along with access, car parking and associated landscaping following demolition of the existing buildings) - to allow amendments including changes to fenestration and amendment to height of central link to suit proposed lift system and provide m4(2) accessibility to all levels
