Variation of Condition 14 (compliance with approved document M4(2)) of planning permission 22/00442/FUL (Change of use of the Public House (Sui Generis) into 5 self contained flats (Use Class C3), involving excavation to the existing basement plus the installation of 2 front light wells; the erection of a part one and part two storey rear extension; the erection of a rear dormer roof extension including a balcony and alterations to the existing rear dormer; the replacement of the ground floor front window with a door, together with the provision of refuse/recycling and cycle storages and hard/soft landscaping) granted 02.12.2022.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of Condition 2 ref: 21/02117/FULL6 (granted for the erection of a two storey side and rear extension, one storey rear extension, loft conversion, elevational alterations incorporating roof remodelling including new windows, dormers and roof treatment. Rear landscaping works and addition of new swimming pool) to revise the walls to be demolished as part of the development.

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - material alterations to the roof and elevations, attached to planning permission 20/02457/LA3 dated 18th March 2021 which granted full planning permission for: "New build extension and refurbishment to existing school incorporating a new single storey entrance pavilion, single storey SEN pod, sports hall & changing room and staff room extension. Including remodelling work to the existing building as well as associated landscaping works."

Application for variation of condition 3 on planning permission 101155/OUT/20 (Outline application to create 66 studio student apartments in the existing building with a proposed single storey front extension, loft conversion and external alterations including raising roof height with dormer windows installed. (Details of access, appearance, layout and scale submitted for approval with landscaping reserved)). Approved drawings under condition 3 are to be substituted with revised drawing to allow the demolition of the existing single storey amenity space with replacement three storey extension to provide built for purpose two storey amenity space on the first and second floor.

Variation of condition 2 (Develop in accordance with approved plans) and condition 3 (Materials) of planning permission 19/03098/FUL (Erection of a single storey rear extension. Enlargement of front lightwell. Formation of staircase to create access to basement level and associated landscaping (Amended Plans)) to allow a change in materials from zinc roof to tiles and alterations to proposed rooflights and to allow revised drawings to include an off street parking space.

Variation of Condition 11 (Refuse and bicycle storage) attached to planning permission ref. 18/03158/FUL for alterations and formation of basement accommodation to include light wells and erection of a single/two side/rear extensions. Construction of roof extension to include raising the ridgeline, formation of roof gables and installation rooflights. Conversion to form 5 x two bedroom and 2x one bedroom flats and provision of associated landscaping, refuse and cycle parking.

Removal of condition No. 7 of planning permission reference 19/04556/FULL1 (dated 17 July 2020 for erection of first floor extension to existing dwelling incorporating new roof, front porch, pitched roof over existing garage, elevational alterations and landscaping including fencing and retaining walls, formation of access on to Berens Way and subdivision of the plot and resulting building to form pair of semi detached dwellings) to allow changes to the gradient of the new access.

Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 18/05503/FUL (Refurbishment of the building, including the change of use of the office (Use Class B1(a)) to a single dwellinghouse (Use Class C3), involving alterations to the shopfront, replacement of the existing rear ground floor extension with a new single storey extension; roof terrace at third floor with glass balustrade, a retractable box roof light, green roof and the provision of refuse /cycle storage including landscaping works comprising a raised planter in the covered courtyard.). Granted on 31.01.2020 (Variation of conditions and Listed Building consent ref : 20/01880/LB applications received). Variation sought: Condition 2 - Change drawing numbers to reflect new drawings which show minor amendments to the roofbox design, terrace floor finish and balustrade position.
