Variation sought: With regard to condition 2 - Reconfiguration of lower ground and ground floors of the single dwellinghouse - Amendments to the layouts and floor to ceiling heights of the flats - External amendments including an alteration to the front building line, roof form changes, insertion of a balcony on the south elevation, the installation of a pop up roof over the communal stair access at roof level, further excavation of amenity areas, alterations to windows and doors on all elevations. Application for a Minor Material Amendment (S.73) variation of condition 2 approved plans, to allow revised floorplan at basement and ground floor level pursuant to planning permission 182600FUL dated 14/12/2018 (as amended by 200934VAR dated 30.09.2020) for 'construction of a two storey building (with basement level and roof level accommodation) to provide 10 self contained flats (following demolition of existing detached dwelling house) with associated amenity space, car parking, refuse and cycle storage.'

Variation of condition 2 (drawings) attached to permission 19/04607/FUL dated 31/01/20 (as amended by permission 20/00630/NMA) for the construction of a four-storey building, including habitable roof-space, to accommodate seven flats with associated car parking spaces, cycle and bin stores, soft and hard landscaping; following the demolition of existing dwellinghouse. The effect of the variation is to add a front porch, associated elevational changes and landscaping amendments.

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the Variation of condition 2 of permission 16/04145/FULL1 (granted for construction of a part one and two storey upper level extension to provide an additional two storeys comprising 6 two bedroom and 2 one bedroom flats with associated parking, refuse and recycling) in order to vary the approved plans by altering the design of the roof from a flat roof to a lightweight pitched zinc roof.
