Erection of a single storey side and rear extension to link store and garage to main house. Formation of 2no. dormers to rear roofslope and enlargement of existing rear dormer. Insertion of 1no. rooflight to each side roofslope and removal of 2no. chimneys. Demolition of existing rear bay window and formation of timber doors to rear elevation.
