Variation of Conditions 1, 2, 3, 9, and 10 of Planning Permission Ref 17/03574/FUL for construction of lower ground floor and third floors and first and second floor side extensions to provide an additional 4 one bedroom, 3 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom flats, recladding of building, relocation of bin store plus the creation of 15no. car parking spaces, 35no. cycle parking spaces and hard and soft landscaping measures (by association with Non-Material Amendment approvals Refs 20/03479/NMA, 20/03480/NMA, and 21/04105/NMA which respectively approved amended description of development to add a prefix to its wording of 'demolition of detached rear building and removal of storage structures at the rear of the site', and CIL Phasing Plan, and amended description of development to change to its wording to 'Construction of extensions to existing building to provide additional residential accommodation, recladding of building, relocation of bin store plus the creation of car parking spaces, cycle parking spaces and hard and soft landscaping measures').
