Variation of condition No. 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref: 20/0303/FUL (Construction of dwelling in place of barn conversion consented as Class Q development under reference 18/1621/PDQ, including provision of drainage infrastructure) to allow for the addition of a front storm canopy, enlargement of store to form rear utility space inculding addition of rear roof light, and internal alterations.

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Development in accordance with approved plans) request for the rooflight over the ground floor extension is extended further east, this will provide valuable northlight into the main living space. Attached to planning permission 20/00090/HH dated 19th February 2020 which granted full planning permission for: Construction of a single storey ground floor rear extension and a rear and side dormer extension including 2 roof lights to the front to facilitate conversion of roof space into habitable accommodation.
