Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 4 (boundary treatments) and 10 (hedging) pursuant to approved application 22/01798/FUL dated 16.11.2022 (which granted planning permission for Demolition of a 3 bedroom dwelling house and the construction of 2 dwelling houses) to amend the elevations and layout of the proposed dwellings and to amend the proposed boundary treatments

Amend condition 16 attached to consent granted under app. no. 21/02931/F - Demolition of existing garage & greenhouse, alterations to boundary wall, and construction of single dwelling house (Use Class C3) - now proposed change to the location of the pedestrian access north east from the approved location.

Minor material amendment (S.73) to vary condition 2 (approved plans) and condition 4 (cycle and refuse storage) pursuant to planning permission reference 203847FUL dated 24/11/2020 for' Construction of a single storey dwelling house, including the excavation to provide a basement level ,and provision of associated private amenity space, cycle parking and refuse storage (following demolition of the existing garage).' Amendments seek to revise the application site boundary, the footprint and elevations of the proposed dwelling, and the subsequent wording of condition 2 and 4.
