Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission PF/22/0338 (Alterations to dwelling house and associated external works; conversion and extension of East Stable to habitable accommodation; conversion of North Range to habitable accommodation including replacement of roof structure; construction of detached garage to north-east of house; widening of southern entrance gateway and formation of new parking and turning area on west side of Church Farm; erection of boundary walls and railings) to allow amendments to the approved plans as listed in the accompanying variation of conditions statement dated 26 June 2023

Variation of the conditions 2,4 and 9 following grant of planning permission APP/P1805/W/21/3279054. The original planning permission is for : Proposed alterations to existing bungalow, reinstatement of second access point and construction of new infill 3 bedroom dwelling house. Minor changes made to approved 2 storey dwelling scheme: Increase width by 337mm, Internal layout changed, Fenestration and principal elevation changed, Roof shape changed. Minor changes made to existing dwelling: Proposed first floor extension of existing bungalow omitted, Existing bay window to south elevation retained. In line with the proposed changes and new drawing numbers, we request that Conditions 2, 4 and 9 are changed.

Erect single storey extension with link to main dwelling (demolish existing stable building), to form additional living accommodation and car port; erect veranda (demolish existing porch); demolish flat roof structure, minor alteration to 2 No. existing openings. Variation of condition No 2 to planning permission 2/2018/0854/HOUSE to accomodate changes to the approved plans made during the construction process.
