Variation of condition 2 (drawings) attached to permission 19/02313/FUL dated 27/09/19 for the demolition of existing dwelling and erection of two storey building with accommodation within the roof space as well an erection of a single storey bungalow located at the rear of the site to provide a total of nine units as well as revised vehicular access, associated parking, landscaping, internal refuse and cycle storage. The amendments are to the elevations, internal layouts and positioning of the rear bungalow.

Variation to condition no.2 (Approved Plans) of permission 19/00064/FUL (Erection of 1 no. bungalow dwelling including junction improvements to site access and associated works) dated 5th April 2019 to amend the site layout, design and elevations (to create additional accommodation at roof level) and inclusion of a detached garage.
