Minor material amendment (S.73) to vary condition no.2 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission reference 204553FUL dated 01/09/2021 for "Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a mixed use development comprising commercial floor space (Use Class E(g)) and residential units (Class C3) within two buildings, one being 15 storeys (2-10 Roslin Road) and the other part 11, part 8 and part 2 storeys (29-39 Stirling Road), both with associated landscaping, ancillary and enabling works." Variation seeks to replace the plant room with an additional two bedroom apartment and the removal of external plant at 15th floor level and increase affordable housing provision.
